    Returns Policy

    We want you to be happy with your order. Please read our returns terms carefully:

    Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns are only accepted if there is a fault or issue with the item.

    • You must notify me on the same day you receive the item if there is a problem.

    • After notifying me on the day of delivery, the item must be returned within 7 days.

    How to Return

    • Contact me on the day of delivery with photos and details of the issue.

    • Once the return is approved, please post the item back using Royal Mail.

    • A refund will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • I do not accept returns for any other reason besides a fault or error with the item.

    • Change of mind, wrong size chosen, or general dislike of the product are not eligible for return.
