For many years I've worked in health sciences, yet another true lifelong passion has always been art. Fibre art, in particular, is woven into both my heritage and my creative journey. My great-grandmother and grandmother—both Italian—taught me to crochet, knit, and create tapestries at a young age and making small clothes. In recent years, I’ve focused on creating handmade designer garments for adults, but I’ve often been asked whether I make doll clothes too—something I’ve always secretly adored. Their tiny charm and irresistible cuteness inspire me. After many requests, I opened By Sara – The Workshop Boo in 2024 that specialises in designer doll clothes.
